Music trip at YASA Sept. 15 2015
Music has been used as a healing force for centuries.
Its beauty, power and personal relevance has made it a wonderful instrument for the wellness and rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities. On September 16th 2015, we enjoyed a field trip to the Daniel’s Music Foundation. The young adults enjoyed recreational music and movement: Integrates voice, movement and percussion allowing students to understand how the body and the voice work together through music. They had the opportunity to work on self-expression, creativity and coordination in a fun environment.

TRIP TO QUEENS FARM October 27th 2015
Autumn is a favorite season for visiting farms. YASA is excited to inform you about an upcoming trip to the Queens Farm on . Our young adults will enjoy exploring the fields and they will become familiar with a rural setting. They can learn more about fruits, vegetables and animals.

Fall Festival Dress Up Day October 30th 2015
It’s a day of fun, food, and festivities!
All Young Adults are welcome to come into YASA dressed
(in costumes or party attire) and participate in various activities such as baking, dancing, and having a festive lunch.
